1. What materials are your suits made of?
80–90% of our products are wool-based. The wool content varies by style and falls into the following tiers:
- 50% wool
- 60% wool
- 80% wool
- 100% wool
The remaining percentage consists of other premium natural and performance fibres selected for comfort, durability and shape retention. Depending on the style, this may include:
- Cashmere — for softness and warmth
- Silk — for a refined drape and natural sheen
- Linen — for breathability and a relaxed texture
- Mohair — for resilience, lustre and crease resistance
- Polyester — for shape retention and wrinkle resistance
- Elastane (Spandex) — for a small amount of stretch and comfort
- Viscose — for a smooth lining and soft hand feel
- Cotton — for breathability in warmer climates

2. What kind of wool do you use?
We use high-quality wool selected for its fineness, softness and durability. Our wool is chosen for:
- Natural breathability
- Temperature regulation
- Wrinkle resistance
- Long-lasting shape retention
- A smooth, refined finish
3. Are all your suits pure wool?
No. 80–90% of our products are wool-based, with wool content in four tiers: 50%, 60%, 80% and 100%. The 100% wool styles are pure wool. Other styles are blended with premium fibres to improve comfort, durability and fit. This is common in high-quality tailoring.
4. Will a wool suit be too warm?
No. Wool is naturally breathable and regulates temperature. It keeps you warm in cold weather and cool in warm weather. For summer or humid climates, we recommend lighter weights or wool-linen blends.
5. How should I care for my wool suit?
- Dry clean only, unless the care label says otherwise
- Some styles can be hand washed in cold water — always check the care label first
- Brush gently after wearing to remove dust
- Hang on a wide wooden hanger to maintain shape
- Allow 24 hours of rest between wears
- Steam lightly to remove wrinkles
- Avoid direct sunlight and damp storage
6. Can I wear a wool suit in summer?
Yes. Choose a lighter weight wool, such as tropical wool or a wool-linen blend. These are breathable and comfortable in warmer temperatures.
7. Is your wool ethically sourced?
We work with suppliers who follow responsible sourcing practices. Our wool is selected from certified and traceable supply chains wherever possible. We also partner with several internationally recognised fabric mills to ensure consistent quality.
8. Where are your suits made?
Our suits are made in our atelier by experienced tailors. Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure items are produced with the same attention to detail.
9. What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure?
Ready-to-Wear suits are pre-made in standard sizes. Processing time is 1–7 business days, and delivery time is 6–15 business days.
Made-to-Measure suits are made to your measurements, with a production time of 20–25 business days. Before production begins, our dedicated tailoring team will contact you to discuss your measurements and all relevant details, and to arrange anything further as needed.
10. Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes. If you would like to feel the fabric before ordering, please contact our customer service team at Support@ravellon.com.
11. How do I choose the right fabric?
Consider:
- Climate — lighter wool for warm weather, heavier wool for cold
- Occasion — wool or wool-mohair for business, wool-silk for formal events
- Comfort — wool-cashmere for softness, wool-elastane for stretch
- Durability — wool-mohair for frequent wear
12. Will the colour match the photos?
We make every effort to display colours accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Fabric swatches are available on request.
13. Can I request a custom fabric or lining?
Yes. For Made-to-Measure orders, we offer a range of fabrics and linings. Please contact us to discuss your preferences.
14. Cancellations & Returns
This policy applies exclusively to items purchased through https://ravellon.com/.
In accordance with our General Terms of Sale, you have the right to return items within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the goods if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged
- The identification tag with the single-use security seal is still attached
- All original packaging, accessories, hang tags and labels are intact
- If the original packaging or labels are missing, the items will be considered used
Return process:
1. Contact the RAVELLON Customer Service Center and follow the instructions provided
2. Place the items in their original box, seal it with the RAVELLON tape originally provided with your shipment
3. Hand the package over to the courier assigned to you by the RAVELLON Customer Service Center
RAVELLON has sole discretion to determine whether returned items are in their original condition.
Within seven (7) days of receiving your return package, RAVELLON will inspect all returned items and send you a confirmation email notifying you whether the return has been accepted and the amount to be refunded. If the return is rejected, we will notify you of the reason and send the package back to you. Please note that the processing time for refunds varies by payment service provider, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
